Westminster under heavy criticism for ‘war on drivers’

The government’s so called ‘war on drivers’ continues, as Westminster has become the latest council to get a telling off. The council is planning to scrap the free parking in bays and single yellow lines at off-peak hours and charge up to £4.80 per hour instead.
